We blinked

We live our lives and never see it coming. One day we look in the mirror and see our reflection, but it’s the same soul we’ve been looking at forever. Then the cracking begins. Life carves lines as it runs through our faces. Our arms look like orange peel. Snap, crackle, and pop aren’t coming from our breakfast cereal, they’re coming from our bones. Damn, we blinked.
